Consultations

How this works. We will meet for a one-hour consultation which starts with a thorough walkthrough, leading to a plan to enhance your homes character appeal, its marketability and price point. At this time, we will also discuss budget and timeframe and identify your target buyer with the goal of creating a staged home that will appeal to the largest audience. After visiting the space and meeting with you, we will prepare a cost proposal. Next will be the contract, this will depend on types of services chosen. Typically, staging is done in one day. We can also coordinate any contracted work that is needed.

Re-Design

Using your homes existing decor, our we will rearrange, retouch, and at times add or remove furnishings and accents to achieve the look we are going for. Art and other accessories from our collection will be used to further enhance your home’s character while allowing the current owner to remain comfortable and undisturbed during the sales process.

Partial Staging

In this package the Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Master Bedroom and 2 Bathrooms will be fully staged and decorated. This is the perfect package if you have a home with a great Master Bedroom that you would like to highlight! Partial Staging + One – includes all terms in the “partial staging” package plus one additional bedroom.

Full Staging

We will accentuate each home’s character allowing your home to shine with our complete furnishing package. Your home will be Inviting, comfortable and you will feel luxury in every room, entryway, hallway, and outdoor living space. We will emphasize your homes architecture aesthetics and character. Allow your buyers see what their lives can look like in the perfect property!
